Where do you deliver, and what is the shipping cost?
We deliver our treats across Canada!
We offer free delivery in downtown Toronto.
GTA, York, Peel, and Durham:
- FREE on orders over $45
- $10 flat fee for orders under $45
Rest of Canada:
- FREE on orders over $65
- $15 flat fee for orders under $65
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick-ups are available near the Annex area - near Spadina TTC Station.
We will let you know once the treats are ready, and we can finalize the location and the time.
What are your treats made of?
Our treats are made with 100% human-grade natural ingredients, with no additives.
All treats are made with low-fat protein, focusing on the health benefits to our pups while keeping them delicious!
How to store the treats?
Keep them in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, please make sure the bag is resealed or keep them in air-tight containers. To keep the treats fresh for a longer time, keeping them in the fridge is recommended.
We highly recommend finishing the treats within a month of opening the bag.
What is the return policy?
For health and safety reasons, all orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
